Knowledge Formation - assignment
From Mmswiki
back to the seminar-page: Knowledge Formation (self-study material)
To gain credit points for this self-learning module we offer the following possibilities:
Everybody should write at least two texts on relevant topics introduced in the materials! These texts can be delivered as essays, or wiki-articles which deal with key-concepts and expand the given articles, they can also be definitions of specific terms, or deal with a relevant problem of your own interest that connects to one of the materials.
- essays should contain a clear exposition of your own ideas and a clear line of argumentation/discussion. Length: app. 10000-15000 signs, or 1300-1800 words
- wiki-articles should take account of the rules to work with this wiki Help:How to work with the Wiki
In addition to the two essays/articles each students should produce a so called "multimedia-snippet", meaning a visualization, an animation, a film or some other kind of rich media project that further expands the existing materials and will be published as part of this wiki.
Furthermore, it will also be possible to work on new didactical or contextual threads within the existing learning module. Therefor it would be most beneficial if the essays/articles and the multimedia-snippet fit into one greater context and form a self-contained entity.
Please contact Christina Schwalbe for further information on the enrolment procedure.
